Can I trade for just one day at the Festival?

Preference will be given to traders who can attend for both days. Nearer the event if spaces are available consideration will be given to those wishing to trade for a single day.

I’m a franchise crafter – can I still attend?

Please email us on foxtonfest@gmail.com before booking as we only accept one stall per franchise.

What are my parking options at the event?

There will be parking for stallholders adjacent to the Festival field – no vehicles can be left in the craft area. Vehicles must be removed to the parking by 9.30 and will not be permitted to return before 5.30

What cant I bring to the event?

Please dont bring any glass on to the site and if you are camping overnight only disposable BBQ’s are permitted

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Only by prior agreement.

What is the refund policy?

There will be a £20 cancellation fee if cancelled 28 days in advance. No refunds for cancellation after this date. No refunds for non attendance.

Can I update my registration information?

Please do so online at least 14 days before the Festival date.

Is there security on site to leave my stock overnight?

This year we will have patrols throughout the event to ensure everyone and everything is safe. These are not security personnel but volunteers who aim to keep everyone and everything safe.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It will help us enormously if you bring your printed ticket or confirmation with you to enable us to speedily check who has arrived and allocate your pitch.
